Freepoint Hotel Cambridge, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Was immediately treated like a VIP from the moment I checked in until even after check out. Chantal at the reception was so helpful with everything I needed and more. she really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Zac at the bar was extremely kind, genuine and professional, and Monty the operational manager, made sure to check in on me to make sure all went well. The drinks were amazing and so was the food. Not to mention Yodit and Noah, they were both extremely kind and helpful. I really felt at home during my stay and had an exceptional experience. Everything from the very clean and spacious rooms, to the comfortable beds, to the fully equipped fitness center, to the downstairs seating lounge area was five star quality. It was also convenient how close it was to so many restaurants and stores. I will routinely return whenever I’m in town.

The hotel itself was quite nice, but the best thing about our stay was the young man working at the front desk. Sorry, but I’m very bad with names, but maybe his name was Noah. Anyway, he greeted us with such energy and kindness that we immediately shrugged off our travel-weary attitudes, such was his infectious congeniality. He really made our night. Nice hotel just minutes to Uber to Harvard. Friendly & professional staff, good breakfast (had it every day).

property itself is standard hotel, but the staff really stood out as exceptional. the first person we talked to at the front desk was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. came down again later to different front desk workers who were equally wonderful. very nice shampoo/conditioner as well (living proof brand) and I NEVER like hotel toiletries.
